By accessing or using Aero, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aero GTM AI Limited ("Aero," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our platform, website, and related services.
Overview
Aero GTM AI Limited provides an AI-powered investment research and analysis platform. The platform is designed to help users understand and analyze their investment portfolios through AI-generated insights. By accessing or using Aero, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein.

What Aero is (and is not)
Aero is an AI-powered research and analytics platform and a tool to help users understand their investment portfolios.
Aero is not a broker, financial advisor, or trading platform. We do not execute trades, hold customer funds, or provide personalized investment advice. Nothing on the platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
Eligibility
To use Aero, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a resident of the United States
- Not be located in, or a resident of, any country or jurisdiction subject to U.S. sanctions or embargoes
- Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
By using Aero, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you may not access or use the platform.
Aero is intended solely for use by residents of the United States. If you access or use the platform from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations of your local jurisdiction. Aero makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in any location outside the United States.
Account and access
You may create an account using Google Sign-In. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. Aero is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Platform functionality
Aero allows users to connect investment portfolios via Plaid, create watchlists and strategies, and generate AI-powered insights and analysis. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice. Aero will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any feature thereof.
No financial advice
You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any investment decision. Before making any investment, you should consider your individual objectives, financial situation, and risk tolerance, and consult with a qualified financial professional if appropriate.
Aero does not endorse, recommend, or make representations regarding the suitability of any investment, security, or financial product.
AI disclaimer
Aero uses AI systems, including models from OpenAI and Anthropic, to generate research insights and analysis. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or otherwise unreliable
- AI outputs should not be relied upon as the basis for any financial or investment decision
- Aero does not predict market outcomes, guarantee investment returns, or warrant the accuracy of AI-generated content
- The performance of AI models may vary and is subject to change without notice
Use of AI-generated insights is at your own risk. Aero disclaims all liability for losses or damages arising from reliance on AI outputs.
Third-party integrations
Aero integrates with third-party services to provide certain functionality, including:
- Google — for authentication via Google Sign-In
- Plaid — for secure portfolio data access
- X (formerly Twitter) — for displaying public posts and generating social sentiment
- OpenAI and Anthropic — for AI-powered insight generation
Aero is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, delays, or failures in third-party services. Your use of these integrations is also governed by each provider's respective terms of service and privacy policies. Aero does not control and is not liable for the practices of third-party providers.
Data accuracy
Aero does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any financial data, market data, AI-generated insights, or third-party information available on the platform. Market data and financial information are provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed, incorrect, or incomplete.
You acknowledge that reliance on any data or information provided through Aero is at your own risk.
Content from third-party providers (including X) reflects the views of original authors and may be removed or become unavailable at any time without notice.
Risk disclosure
Investing in securities involves risk, including the potential loss of the principal amount invested. Past performance of any security, strategy, or AI-generated analysis does not guarantee or indicate future results.
Aero's research tools and insights are intended to inform — not replace — your own independent judgment. You are solely responsible for all investment decisions made using the platform.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Aero in any manner that:
- Violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- Attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt, compromise, or circumvent any security feature of the platform
- Involves scraping, copying, or redistributing platform content without authorization
- Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity
- Uploads or transmits any malicious code, virus, or harmful software
- Resells, white-labels, or sublicenses access to the platform without explicit written authorization from Aero
You may use Aero for personal and professional research and analysis purposes. Commercial redistribution of platform outputs, data, or AI-generated content is prohibited without express written consent from Aero. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.
In addition to the general platform usage rules above, you may not:
- Scrape or bulk export X content from the platform
- Redistribute or republish X content outside the platform
- Use X-derived content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine learning models
These restrictions are required under our third-party licensing agreements and apply in addition to the acceptable use rules above. Violation may result in immediate termination of your account.
Strategy marketplace
Aero may allow users to publish and share strategies, signals, and rule sets with other users through a marketplace feature. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Strategies published by third-party users are not vetted, endorsed, verified, or approved by Aero
- Third-party strategy creators are not investment advisers, and their published strategies do not constitute personalized investment advice
- Past performance of any published strategy is not indicative of future results and must not be relied upon as the basis for any investment decision
- You are solely responsible for any investment decisions made in connection with strategies or signals created by other users
Aero is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of third-party published strategies. If you publish a strategy on the marketplace, you represent that your strategy does not constitute personalized investment advice and that you are not acting as a registered investment adviser in doing so.
Intellectual property
All content, technology, software, design, and materials on Aero — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and data compilations — are owned by or licensed to Aero GTM AI Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without express written permission from Aero. Any unauthorized use may give rise to claims for damages.
Feedback
If you submit feedback, ideas, suggestions, or other input to Aero, you hereby grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such feedback into our products and services without restriction or compensation to you. Feedback is provided on a non-confidential basis.
Data and privacy
Your use of Aero is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using Aero, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Aero at our sole discretion, at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, without limitation, violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or harmful activity, or requests from law enforcement.
You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aero and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Investment losses or financial decisions made using the platform
- Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in data or AI-generated outputs
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Interruptions in service or platform availability
In all cases, Aero's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) fees paid by you to Aero in the three months preceding the claim or (b) $500 USD, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability asserted.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations may not apply to the full extent permitted by law.
Future features
Aero may in the future introduce additional features, including order execution capabilities facilitated by third-party registered broker-dealers. When such features are made available, they will be subject to separate agreements, disclosures, and eligibility requirements as mandated by applicable securities laws and regulations.
Aero itself does not and will not hold customer funds, act as a broker-dealer, or provide investment advice in connection with any such features. Execution services, where offered, will be provided entirely by the applicable third-party broker-dealer under their own regulatory framework. Nothing in these Terms should be construed as a commitment to introduce any particular feature or integration.
Dispute resolution and arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Aero shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except as set forth below.
You and Aero each agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive the right to participate in any class action, collective proceeding, or representative action against Aero.
Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court, or seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
Before initiating arbitration, the disputing party must provide written notice to the other party describing the nature of the dispute and the relief sought. The parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days before commencing arbitration.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent that any dispute is not subject to arbitration, you and Aero consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you — for example, by displaying a notice within the platform or sending an email to the address associated with your account.
Your continued use of Aero after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform.
